The Istituto Lodo Arbitrale was founded in January 2000. It is a company accredited by the Ministry of Justice (Resolution 21.09.2007). We created a professional and entrepreneurial initiative in January 2000 to carry out a service of public utility. We have built up a “network” of operating offices in the whole of Italy in order to meet local needs through the services of professionals who live and work locally. We work for private citizens, professional legal-economic offices, entrepreneurs and all those who have to deal with a lengthy judicial system. Leadership qualities cannot be improvised. Thanks to our reliability, punctuality, professionalism and ten-year experience in the ADR field, the Istituto Lodo Arbitrale works with various institutions in the business world as well as professional and insurance.
